Always Clean Your Fingernails

I had high hopes for this one, which I don't think I quite realised. *sigh*. Bit of a nightmare trying to get a good photo too... (as I'm sure you can see)

Also, it wasn't until I finished that I realised how strange the fingers look...but it's not just my drawing honest, here's the reference photo
